Coronavirus
Last update 2nd Nov 2020
Following the government’s latest advice on COVID-19 and due to the ever evolving situation, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to suspend our face to face counselling from Thursday 5th Nov 2020, we are set up to work remotely via telephone or video (Zoom) counselling, if you are already receiving counselling your counsellor will call you to discuss the options.
Please rest assured that as a service, we will continue to support you as best as we can during this extremely difficult and challenging time.
New Enquiries
The Light House wants to continue to offer support to all those in need of our services especially at this time. We will be continuing to offer assessments to all new enquiries. Please complete this form online or contact us on 02476 440095 if you have any difficulties or are unable to complete online.
Financial Support
Due to a recently awarded grant from Awards for All, we have financial support available for the Initial assessment fee and subsequent donations for counselling, for those with any mental health or relationship issue arising as a result of the Coronovirus. Please contact The Light House for details or discuss this with your counsellor at the initial interview.
